Rates For Video And Photography Services
Basic Rate:
0.1% (one-tenth of one percent) of the property’s value.
Example: A $450,000 property → $450 to video or photograph.

Professional add-on lighting:
Most realtors want this option. Add 35% to the standard above base rate.
Lighting is recommended for the best results. Some rooms may be dark and require additional lighting equipment
to properly balance the image exposure. This is especially important when you want the exterior view
through windows to match the interior lighting.
Drone Service:
We only use FAA Certified drone pilots
$150/hour (usually under a single hour of coverage is sufficient).
Post production editing:
$100/hour to edit. Usually takes 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the property.
The larger the property, the more real estate area to film and edit.
Music for video:
Music soundtracks for the video require a license, at $35 per track.
