RATES: VIDEO

$200.00/hour for filming. Production lighting not included.
Indoors are filmed with the existing available daylight.

$100.00/hour to edit. Usually takes 2 to 3 hours depending on the size of the property.

FAA Certified drone pilot is an additional $150.00/hour (usually under a single hour of coverage is sufficient).



RATES: PHOTOGRAPHY


Pricing is 0.1% (one-tenth of one percent) of the property’s value.
A $500,000 property → $500 photography fee.

Advanced ~ with lighting
Most realtors want this option.

If advanced lighting for us to bring is requested, add 35% to the base rate.

Lighting is recommended for the best results. Some rooms may be dark and require flash to properly balance the exposure. This is especially important when you want the exterior view through windows
to match the interior lighting.

Using lighting requires additional time during the shoot and more detailed post-processing
in Photoshop, which is why the additional fee applies.
