Audio Quality: A Critical Element of the Experience!
In dance videography, audio is just as important as the visuals. As filmmakers, our expertise in sound design goes far beyond what most videography companies offer. Our audio techniques, especially for performances involving a live orchestra or complex sound environments, are vastly superior—ensuring the best possible sound capture.

Where many recital videographers deliver a video in mono audio, we go the extra mile to provide stereo sound or even true 5.1 surround sound, ensuring an immersive viewing experience that enhances the overall quality of the performance.
 
At Art Video Productions, we don’t just film your recital—we craft an experience that elevates both the visual and audio aspects to industry-leading standards.


Filming Rates: 1 (one) Videographer

$500 per show – The audio is delivered in full stereo for the best sound experience. 

Video Edit:
$100 per show - This includes titling, and rolling credits.

A Pennsylvania 6% sales tax applies.

To keep our rates affordable, we require that all USB orders be placed through your studio. The USB drives are an essential part of our process, in other words, "our bread and butter" and help us maintain the value of our service, which is only $500.00 per show. A minimum of 10 USB orders is required.

 

If your Studio wants us to film  and  WITHOUT any USB orders, there will be an additional fee of $395.00 per show, plus $100.00 to edit, per show.

USB order pricing:
$39.95 per unit – Each USB order contains one show per USB Drive.

How to Order:
Parents and other interested parties can choose from two options for receiving their videos:

Option 1: USB Stick – Each USB will contain one show per order. USB drives can be played on any computer, smart TV, or tablet with USB capabilities.
This streamlined process ensures you receive a high-quality, easily accessible video for your recital or performance.
 
Option 2: Via download link, 1 link per order. $39.95 plus tax. 
We will need the person's email to deliver after payment is received. Let us know if you have any questions or would like to place an order!.
 
On-Stage Audio:
To ensure we capture every detail of the performance, we install a discreet field recording device on stage to capture the dancers' footwork, taps, and any other important sounds. Unlike the bulky microphones that many videographers use, our device is invisible, blending seamlessly into the stage setup, maintaining both aesthetic appeal and high-quality sound capture.
We have full control over the audio track, allowing us to meticulously balance the sound of the dancers' movements with the music. The result is a perfectly synchronized and dynamic audio experience, where every element, whether it’s the rhythmic foot taps or the performance music...sounds amazing.

Music (from your Stage Audio during Live):
Once the performance concludes, we will request the exact music file used during the show to ensure perfect synchronization in post-production. This allows us to deliver your video with a full stereo audio experience, maintaining the highest quality sound for both the music and the performance.

Video Turnaround Time:
Depending on the season, your video could be ready as quickly as 1 week, and sometimes as fast as 3 days! We begin editing immediately because we’re just as excited as you are to see the final product.

Why USB Drives?
DVDs and Blu-rays are now considered obsolete, as they require a player to view the content. USB drives are far more flexible and durable, allowing you to easily watch your video on any computer, Smart TV, or tablet equipped with a USB port.
